Otobong Nkanga: “I dream of you in colors*” at Musée d'Art Moderne de Paris, France

From 10 October 2025 — 22 February 2026, Musée d'Art Moderne de Paris will present the first solo exhibition by Otobong Nkanga in a Parisian Museum. Foregrounding ecological themes of relationality and becoming through a distilled poetics of entanglement, Nkanga's practice examines the complex social, political, and material relationships between bodies, territories, minerals and the earth. The exhibition will present a cross-section of the artist’s protean oeuvre, including ambitious installations, sculptures, textiles, photography, and drawings, some of which date to the beginnings of her career and will be on view for the first time.
