Julian Opie at La Llotja, Palma de Mallorca, Spain

From 26 April, a solo exhibition of large-scale sculpture and installation by Julian Opie will be presented at the Gothic building of La Llotja in the historic centre of Palma de Mallorca.

The presentation features recent works including a series of architectural towers in powder coated aluminium, human-scale sculptures of walking figures, and LED animated works in La Llotja's external squares. The are accompanied by a new series of portraits in concrete, based on Opie's observations of people on a recent visit to China.

The exhibition continues through 31 August 2024.
