Nathalie Djurberg & Hans Berg: Don’t be Afraid, There are Treasures Behind These Locked Doors

Lisson Gallery is delighted to announce its first exhibition of work by Nathalie Djurberg & Hans Berg in Beijing, following A Stream Stood Still at Lisson Shanghai in 2022. Known for their compelling fusion of visual art, music, and multi-dimensional storytelling, the Swedish artistic duo presents three signature psychologically-charged clay animation films with a series of sculptural works. The gallery is transformed into an environment that engages the viewers on a physical and phycological level, where the artists explore a full range of human emotions, including addicition, desire, shame, greed, loss and vulnerability.
